✅ Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all items are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Color or design preference

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.


❌ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


💰 Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs


📦 Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost


🌍 International Orders

Customs fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
